♥ How it works:

When you order, it is a total mystery on what items you will receive!

That is the excitement of it all!

Every small egg pick guarantees at least one item. Every large egg pick guarantees a larger item pick, with some having a little resin character which means another egg pull. Eggs are not guaranteed to have a resin character.

You will get obsessed with our mystery pulls :) 

We will randomly pick 5 small eggs + 1 large egg.

We will open each one of them and it will be a surprise to us all. Items will vary; you just never know what the eggs will include. If the larger egg has a little resin character in the chosen egg, you will receive another egg pick. 

No guarantees on bonus eggs.

You can choose to have them privately opened or you can choose to have them opened in a video on my Michelle Creates at Bella Acres Facebook page.

If you would like your egg pulls to be videoed. Add that choice to your order.

I will:

• Film your random egg pulls
• The video will show exactly what your order will include 

Tag your social media (optional)

Leave your social media page in the order details if you would like to be tagged in a video.

♥ Processing Time:

Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for processing and for your items to be ready to be shipped (business days do not include weekends or holidays) I strive to get your package shipped to you as soon as possible. Please feel free to message me with any questions. 

(Be advised of seasonal and holiday times, that can cause delays) Please understand I am working hard to get your item to you as quickly as possible. I want my customers happy and will work hard to make sure you are satisfied.

* I will do my best to do same day shipping.

* I will ship to the United States ONLY!!!!

* I ship via USPS only..... Priority or Standard Mail unless otherwise stated in the description.

* Orders will take 3 - 5 days for travel once packaged for shipping. An email with tracking info will be sent once your order is processed
for shipping.

* USPS offers delivery confirmation number and general idea of package but does not always guarantee its status.

* Priority Shipping offers a tracking number and a $50 insurance. Priority shipping only upon request. So please message us if needed.

Please be advised during seasonal and holiday times, there may be delays with USPS. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I will
do everything I can to help you locate your package if a problem arises.

Please always verify your address when paying. I try to ship same day as your purchase. If your package is returned due to wrong shipping
address it will be reshipped at your cost.

If you receive an incorrect order or damaged shipment, please notify me within 7 days of your purchase receipt so I can take care of the
situation and get the correct or fixed item to you promptly.
