♥ How it works:
When you order, it is a total mystery to us all on what items you will receive!
That is the excitement of it all!
Every scoop will get you between 12 - 25 items
What is a scoop you ask?
You will get obsessed with our mystery scoops :)
We will randomly scoop from a bowl full of our resin characters. We will then match them to our board and find all the fabulous items.
No guarantees on what exactly you will get but you will get fabulous items.
We have many items: Here are just a few!
Bookish items - paper bookmarks, paperclip bookmarks, corner bookmarks, journals (many sizes), ballpoint pens, highlighter pens, bling pens, marking pens, color pencils, washi tape, page holders, sticky notes, page markers, budget binders, binders.
Spa/Beauty items - claw clips, face masks, eye masks, sleep masks, exfoliator gloves, makeup remover hearts, socks, lip balms, lotions, scrunchies (silk and handmade), nail files, nail file sets, pocket mirrors.
Keychain items - lip balm holders, sanitizer holders, kubatons, personal alarms, window breakers, bottle openers, whistles, wristlets (bought and handmade), silicone bracelet keychains and so much more.
Other items - straw toppers, straws, coin purses, slippers, stocking hats (handmade), pouches (handmade), tote bags (handmade), paint skin necklaces and so so much more!
And sometimes you may also get - a graphic tee, baseball hat, purse, wallet or other surprise items I may randomly throw in :)
You can choose to have your scoops videoed and put on my Michelle Creates at Bella Acres Facebook page.
If you would like your scoops to be videoed. Add that choice to your order.
I will:
- Film your scoops
- The video will show exactly what your scoop order will include
Tag your social media (optional)
Leave your social media page in the order details if you would like to be tagged in a video.

These are mystery scoops, which means,
- No customizations or requests
- All sales are FINAL
- No refunds, exchanges or swaps
- You will not know what items you are getting ahead of time, each is randomly picked.
- Please purchase only if you like surprises.
♥ Processing Time:
Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for processing and for your items to be ready to be shipped (business days do not include weekends or holidays) I strive to get your package shipped to you as soon as possible. Please feel free to message me with any questions.
(Be advised of seasonal and holiday times, that can cause delays) Please understand I am working hard to get your item to you as quickly as possible. I want my customers happy and will work hard to make sure you are satisfied.

I accept Paypal as my primary methods of payment.
♥ (Shipping Methods)
* I will do my best to do same day shipping.
* I will ship to the United States ONLY!!!!
* I ship via USPS only..... Priority or Standard Mail unless otherwise stated in the description.
* Orders will take 3 - 5 days for travel once packaged for shipping. An email with tracking info will be sent once your order is processed
for shipping.
* USPS offers delivery confirmation number and general idea of package but does not always guarantee its status.
* Priority Shipping offers a tracking number and a $50 insurance. Priority shipping only upon request. So please message us if needed.
Please be advised during seasonal and holiday times, there may be delays with USPS. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I will
do everything I can to help you locate your package if a problem arises.
Please always verify your address when paying. I try to ship same day as your purchase. If your package is returned due to wrong shipping
address it will be reshipped at your cost.
If you receive an incorrect order or damaged shipment, please notify me within 7 days of your purchase receipt so I can take care of the
situation and get the correct or fixed item to you promptly.
